FAQ's

As we are an extremely small business, we can't offer returns or exchanges at the moment unless obviously the item you have ordered is faulty and we will of course do what we can to either exchange or refund the order. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and items before purchasing.

SIZING:

Some of our products are printed on different blanks and sizing may vary. Please be sure to read the information provided about sizing on each product before ordering. 

DELIVERY:

As we are an extremely small business starting out all our products are made to order. This means we aim to get your items dispatched to you within 1 to 2 weeks maximum. (*Please read Preorder information as delivery carries a difference timeframe) Updates will be sent to your email once the item has been dispatched. *Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to certain countries.

HOW PREORDERS WORK:

A product/ products will be released on our store as a ‘Preorder’ with a time period of how long it will be available to preorder for (usually 7 days)

Once the preorder finishes all orders are processed and sent to our printers. We allow 3 to 4 weeks from the end date of the preorder to receive the items back from our printers and then we can pack and dispatch them for delivery.

If you order an item in stock on our website with a preorder, they will be shipped together once we receive the preorders back from our printers

Wash all clothing on a cool setting and wash inside out. When ironing, iron the clothing inside out so not to damage the print.

A polite reminder, The Cult Clothing is a very small business run by one person so please be patient and polite when contacting. We will always do our best to reply to emails asap and get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
